This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee the medical strategy for the Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma segment within Hematology Medical Affairs.
β’ Propel brand medical strategy and foster relationships with opinion leaders, community physicians, medical societies, and key accounts.
β’ Lead preparatory efforts for the launch of lacutamab.
β’ Act as the primary medical spokesperson for lymphoma and lacutamab.
β’ Develop and execute the US medical strategy for this disease area.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President, Head of Hematology Medical Affairs.
β’ Collaborate with Field Medical to engage healthcare professionals, medical organizations, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
β’ Function as the medical lead on the Brand Team.
β’ Manage launch readiness, encompassing disease education, articulation of unmet needs, and planning for evidence generation.
β’ Provide analytical expertise and insights for Medical Affairs deliverables.
β’ Create engagement plans for KOLs and key institutions.
β’ Work together on field materials and tactics tailored to CTCL and lacutamab.
β’ Plan and implement advisory boards and educational initiatives, such as webinars, medical roundtables, symposia, and congress participation.
β’ Generate and disseminate medical insights to the field team.
β’ Contribute to real-world evidence studies and publications.
β’ Establish relationships with Market Access, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
β’ Support cross-functional projects across the organization.
β’ Enhance team culture within Hematology/Oncology Medical Affairs.
β’ MD, PhD, or PharmD required.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Director.
β’ Experience with pre-launch and/or launch activities.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Proficient in simplifying complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
β’ Capacity to build meaningful, two-way relationships with the medical community.
β’ Robust scientific and clinical expertise.
β’ Strong strategic and analytical skills.
β’ Proven leadership in evidence generation, publications, medical education, and strategy formulation.
β’ Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-oriented setting.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills.
β’ Results-oriented, with a solution-focused mindset.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, mainly within the domestic sphere.
