This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Direct the medical strategy for the Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma segment within Hematology Medical Affairs.
• Propel brand medical strategy and foster external relationships with opinion leaders, community physicians, medical societies, and key accounts.
• Oversee launch preparations for lacutamab.
• Act as the primary medical representative for lymphoma and lacutamab.
• Design and execute the US medical strategy for this disease area.
• Report directly to the Vice President, Head of Hematology Medical Affairs.
• Collaborate with Field Medical to engage healthcare professionals, medical organizations, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Function as the medical lead on the Brand Team.
• Provide strategic direction for medical strategy, brand-aligned initiatives, and external clinician engagement.
• Take ownership of launch readiness for lacutamab, including disease education, articulation of unmet needs, and planning for evidence generation.
• Contribute analytic expertise and insights to deliverables from Medical Affairs.
• Develop and refine engagement plans for key opinion leaders and key institutions.
• Collaborate on field materials and tactics specifically related to CTCL and lacutamab.
• Lead advisory boards and educational initiatives, including webinars, medical roundtables, symposia, and congress participation.
• Generate and disseminate medical insights to the field team.
• Contribute to projects focused on evidence generation, real-world evidence studies, and publications.
• Cultivate partnerships with Market Access, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Support cross-functional initiatives throughout the organization.
• Enhance team culture within Hematology/Oncology Medical Affairs.
• MD, PhD, or PharmD degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Director.
• Experience in pre-launch and/or launch phases.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to translate complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in establishing meaningful, two-way relationships within the medical community.
• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Proven leadership in evidence generation, publications, medical education, and strategy formulation.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-oriented setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily domestically.
