This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of revenue and margin objectives across a range of pay-per-call media partners.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies to enhance call volume while ensuring profitability.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion across different verticals, traffic sources, and buyer demand.
• Negotiate pricing structures, payouts, volume tiers, and commercial agreements.
• Evaluate performance metrics including call duration, transfer rates, conversion rates, margin, and partner ROI.
• Enhance bid strategies, routing logic, IVR flows, and call qualification criteria to maximize yield.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to assess traffic quality and identify scaling opportunities.
• Establish structured testing frameworks to boost monetization and performance.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of the pay-per-call ecosystem, encompassing call tracking platforms, call routing strategies, traffic acquisition channels, TCPA, DNC, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Keep track of competitive market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Offer strategic insights into product enhancements and operational improvements.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key media partners.
• Conduct business reviews to share performance insights and growth strategies.
• Foster long-term, strategic partnerships focused on scale, compliance, and profitability.
• Identify and onboard new high-potential partners within the pay-per-call ecosystem.
• Ensure that all traffic adheres to internal compliance standards and regulatory mandates.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to reduce risks.
• Actively monitor for fraud, call quality issues, and traffic anomalies.
• Over 5 years of experience in pay-per-call, performance marketing, or affiliate media partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in managing revenue targets and scaling profitable call campaigns.
• Strong grasp of call tracking technology, routing logic, IVR configuration, and buyer waterfalls.
• Experience in negotiating pricing structures (CPC, CPA, CPL, rev share) and managing margins.
• Data-driven decision-maker with robust analytical capabilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Background in a marketplace or aggregator model.
• Experience managing dynamics on both publisher-side and buyer-side.
• Familiarity with LendingTree or QuoteWizard business models.
