Senior Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.

• Evaluate and enhance campaigns based on cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, player value, and other essential performance metrics.

• Examine campaign and player data to uncover opportunities for scaling and enhancing performance.

• Experiment with creatives, target audiences, landing pages, and campaign frameworks to optimize acquisition efficiency.

• Administer and expand advertising budgets while ensuring a strong ROI.

• Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and acquisition teams to enhance and refine campaigns.

• Keep abreast of platform advancements, industry trends, and advertising regulations.

• Assist in the growth of campaigns across various markets and sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in Media Buying / Paid Acquisition.

• In-depth experience with Meta and/or Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, or programmatic platforms is advantageous.

• Previous involvement in iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino, sweepstakes, or another performance-oriented sector is highly preferred.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization techniques.

• Proficient in handling substantial budgets and making data-driven decisions.

• Highly analytical, commercially minded, and proactive.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
