This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass target KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA) for all campaigns under management.

• Strategically create, optimize, and oversee campaigns and their budgets to enhance performance while adhering to set spending limits.

• Assist in the rollout of new tools and processes aimed at enhancing productivity, enabling buyers to manage more accounts efficiently.

• Attain expertise in Meta media buying platforms and discover innovative tactics to boost campaign performance, sharing these efficiencies with the department.

• Deliver precise and insightful campaign analyses, converting data from campaigns, websites, and funnels into actionable optimization steps.

• Ensure comprehensive support for all media buyers and work on developing new processes and tools to enhance departmental efficiency.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients or internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategic direction.

• Guarantee all media buying activities comply with platform and agency policies, as well as industry regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in utilizing/building tools and AI applications.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Advanced certifications in pertinent advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Blueprint, advanced analytics certifications) are advantageous.

• Significant experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc.

• A proven history of success in managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns.

• Extensive experience with relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, programmatic platforms).

• High-level proficiency in data analysis and reporting, capable of transforming data into actionable insights.

• Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and campaign measurement techniques.

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation methodologies.

• Expertise in budget management and forecasting.

• Familiarity with advanced reporting and data presentation to stakeholders.

• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
