This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive 360° marketing and content strategy that aligns with Dialog's identity, as well as sales and retention goals.
• Spearhead demand-generation efforts including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, webinars, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Oversee the partnerships sector and all associated activities.
• Manage brand visibility across social media platforms, blogs, media outlets, and strategic partnerships.
• Create and uphold an editorial calendar that encompasses top-, mid-, and bottom-funnel content (e.g., articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos).
• Enhance the website and digital platforms to transform traffic into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), with ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Supervise the development of sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and enablement content.
• Track marketing and content performance (KPIs, pipeline, organic metrics, and engagement) and deliver executive reports featuring actionable insights.
• Manage the marketing budget by prioritizing initiatives that yield high impact and maximizing ROI.
• Lead and cultivate a multidisciplinary team (production, content, digital, events) as well as coordinate with external vendors and freelancers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive positioning, customer journey, and messaging.
• Represent Dialog at public events, webinars, and within partner/influencer groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with outbound marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze metrics (CPA, LTV, conversion), and produce executive reports.
• Familiarity with Agile Project Management.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Proficient in software such as RD Station and HubSpot.
• Experience utilizing Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Background in vendor management and crisis management.
• Advanced application of Artificial Intelligence in daily operations.
