This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategically plan, implement, and enhance integrated marketing initiatives for Canada, in alignment with Product and customer experience strategies.
• Generate demand by taking direct responsibility for campaigns (both ongoing and flagship), content briefs, local activations, and events.
• Collaborate closely on a daily basis with recruitment teams, stakeholders in the destination, and operational teams to ensure marketing efforts are practical and operationally aligned.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns, events, and content programs, remaining actively engaged from the initial brief through to execution and optimization.
• Create detailed briefs, review outputs, and coordinate with Content, Campaign, Social, Digital, and Events teams to ensure cohesive activity.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and make proactive optimization decisions to enhance outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on marketing position, successfully delivering integrated campaigns and local activations.
• Knowledge of GenAI workflows and marketing automation processes.
• Strong ability in campaign execution, including events and grassroots marketing activities.
• Experience collaborating closely with recruitment, operations, or service delivery teams.
• Capability to brief, manage, and ensure quality across various marketing disciplines.
• High level of operational awareness and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Proficient in performance tracking and optimization, with the confidence to make data-driven adjustments in real-time for a specific market or product.
