This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of Project Farma’s communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, service offerings, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Act as a marketing business partner to leadership, business development, and client engagement teams, providing support for messaging related to consulting services, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
• Convert intricate technical and professional services work into clear and actionable messaging for internal stakeholders and business enablement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure coherence between communications and external campaigns, thought leadership, and brand positioning.
• Assist with leadership communications, including executive messaging, organizational updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Spearhead communication campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring employees receive timely, relevant, and targeted information.
• Manage town halls and leadership meetings, including the development of run-of-show, presentation content, and execution.
• Enhance employee understanding of Project Farma’s services, value proposition, and its role within the larger organization through targeted communications.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness by ensuring internal teams have access to clear and consistent messaging.
• Aid in the creation of presentations, enablement materials, and communications tied to business growth and client engagement efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate engagement across internal communication channels, recommending improvements based on data and insights.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and editorial standards across all organizational communications.
• Develop and sustain communication channels that effectively reach a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Collect project requirements and translate them into actionable plans; collaborate with marketing and project teams to deliver communications initiatives punctually.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
• Required experience within a professional services, consulting, or life sciences services organization.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical or consulting services into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Experience supporting marketing, business development, or go-to-market initiatives through effective communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in digital communication and employee engagement tools.
