This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with division objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with local Divisions to identify effective eMarketing applications, establish targets, and select tailored messages based on their requirements.
• Engage with relevant local Division Associates and advertising agencies to gather marketing insights, visuals, and key messaging.
• Generate and circulate various analysis reports to both the Division and the Corporate Marketing and Communications Department.
• Design and oversee campaigns for live email content utilizing the LiveClicker/Realtime Email application.
• Recommend eMarketing tactics aimed at enhancing email campaign performance by leveraging historical data, best practices, and new platform functionalities.
• Accountable for establishing and managing A/B and multi-variant testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Department to broaden eMarketing prospects throughout the organization.
• Gather and share best practices from all eMarketing initiatives with the wider company.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technical advancements in the eMarketing sector.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the creation, management, and execution of email campaigns, data extensions, and dynamic content.
• Previous experience in managing email marketing for large organizations.
• Over 3 years of experience in internet marketing.
• Strong design sensibility, project management skills, and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of CAN-SPAM regulations, email and digital marketing best practices, along with mobile optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing automation technologies is a plus.
• Experience in traditional media (print) marketing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
