This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee and enhance Google Ads accounts across various platforms including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Achieve client revenue and expenditure targets (green = 90%+).
• Establish organized, scalable campaign frameworks that correspond with each brand's growth phase.
• Conduct a minimum of three significant split tests for each client each quarter, aiming for a 15%+ improvement in the areas being tested.
• Compile weekly performance reports featuring clear metrics, trends, and suggested next steps (in collaboration with the Meta Media Buyer).
• Execute monthly account reviews and present optimization priorities.
• Create and sustain a standardized playbook for Google account structures tailored for e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the Meta Media Buyer on integrated cross-channel strategies and budget distribution.
• MUST possess agency experience.
• MUST have experience in e-commerce advertising.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands (Search, Shopping, PMax is essential; YouTube is a bonus).
• Strong proficiency in Google Merchant Center and managing product feeds.
• Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation, able to identify issues within dashboards and know how to resolve them.
• Experience in crafting direct response copy (you do not depend on a copywriter for ad headlines).
• Familiarity with cross-channel paid media strategies, particularly in conjunction with Meta.
• Access to high-quality DTC/e-commerce clients who prioritize growth.
