This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee a significant number of HVAC work orders daily (20+), across various job sites.

• Evaluate technician reports, images, and videos to confirm diagnoses and identify issues early.

• Accurately scope jobs—detecting misdiagnoses, inflated estimates, or absent components.

• Deliver clear and assertive guidance to licensed HVAC contractors—advocating when necessary.

• Take charge of communication throughout the project: from the field to internal operations and project completion.

• Maintain company quality standards and serve as the final checkpoint before approval and billing.

• Utilize the company’s internal platform and documentation tools to monitor job progress and ensure completion.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC within residential service, repair, or diagnostics.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across various unit types (split systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, R22/R410A systems, etc.).

• Proficient in reading and interpreting system tags, data plates, and field photos to validate technician findings.

• Comfortable identifying misdiagnoses, inflated bids, or unnecessary replacements.

• Previous experience working directly with technicians or reviewing live work orders.

• Clear and confident verbal communication—you must assert yourself with precision rather than aggression.

• Willingness to exchange fieldwork for full-time remote work.

• Quick to learn new software—this position depends on a custom internal platform, not standard tools.

• Highly organized; capable of managing numerous open work orders simultaneously across various locations.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written); a clear and concise communicator.

• $500 bonus after 90 days.

• 13th-month pay.
