This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, enhance, and sustain user-facing website content and functionality.
• Develop and manage user-centric website features utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Offer consultative insights on content architecture, content models, platform capabilities, taxonomies, component systems, and style-sheet adaptability.
• Evaluate technical and compliance needs, identifying viable solutions.
• Design responsive content interfaces and conduct UX testing across various browsers and devices.
• Execute and uphold privacy policies, accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and procedural benchmarks across marketing websites and privacy technologies.
• Collaborate with IT on code assessments and technical discussions.
• Update and oversee content for more than 35 website instances supporting global operations.
• Assist in website maintenance and analytics through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related tools.
• Work with marketing automation partners to coordinate web- and email-based campaigns and forms.
• Promote optimization and the ongoing enhancement of marketing automation systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, Privacy/HIPAA regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory, legal, privacy, IT, UX design, business, and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, User Experience, or a related field combined with relevant job experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of pertinent industry experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise web content management systems.
• Experience in managing and publishing online marketing content for regulated products or industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy policies and legal compliance guidelines is preferred.
• Experience administering global, multilingual systems and applications for diverse user audiences.
• Strong skills in HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of web design principles and best practices for website usability and UX/UI.
• Experience with CMS platforms, such as Contentful or equivalent systems.
• Familiarity with privacy compliance web tools, such as OneTrust, Freshpaint, or similar platforms.
• Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and other related tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to collaborate across various functions.
• Interest in web design and development, systems architecture, and marketing technologies.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and critical thinking skills.
