This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Direct the marketing strategy and performance for a designated portfolio of multifamily communities, acting as the main marketing liaison to operational teams and key stakeholders.
• Create and implement both portfolio and property-specific marketing plans that enhance traffic, occupancy, leasing speed, revenue growth, and overall asset performance.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, which include website content, messaging, advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization to enhance property positioning and maximize marketing ROI.
• Evaluate marketing, traffic, lead, and conversion data to uncover opportunities, address performance issues, and suggest strategies that improve results.
• Oversee the reliability and efficiency of marketing technology platforms, such as CRM systems, lead routing, conversion tracking, source attribution, and reporting tools.
• Perform regular audits of websites, advertising channels, listing services, and marketing systems to ensure data accuracy, proper lead flow, and operational effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders by translating complex performance data into actionable business recommendations.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, including contracts, onboarding, and implementation activities, ensuring services are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with portfolio goals.
• Supervise third-party design agencies and creative vendors in crafting property branding, marketing materials, creative assets, and campaign content, ensuring alignment with property objectives, target audiences, and brand standards.
• Assist in business development, acquisitions, portfolio transitions, and onboarding efforts through market analysis, competitive insights, and strategic marketing suggestions.
• Provide marketing support for property acquisitions, rebranding efforts, dispositions, and retained management transitions, ensuring seamless implementation and continuity of brand and marketing strategies.
• Lead the creation of property marketing budgets in partnership with Operations and clients. Present budget proposals, justify marketing expenditures, obtain client approval, and track spending to maximize ROI and support occupancy and revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in multifamily marketing.
• Strategic marketing: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote occupancy, revenue, and portfolio performance.
• Digital marketing: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid media, social media advertising, website optimization, online reputation management, and lead generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Marketing analytics: Proficient in analyzing performance data, market trends, and ROI to guide business decisions and marketing investments.
• Project management: Capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines across a diverse range of properties.
• Vendor & agency management: Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with vendors, agencies, and technology providers.
• Stakeholder relationship management: Effectively collaborate and communicate with clients, ownership groups, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Creative strategy and content development: Supervise the creation of engaging marketing content, creative assets, and property positioning.
• Multifamily industry expertise: Utilize knowledge of multifamily housing, market insights, and property marketing best practices to achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with Yardi and Real Page products is an advantage.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools to coordinate workflows, manage deadlines, and oversee marketing efforts across multiple properties.
