Senior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and enhance automated and promotional email campaigns using Marketo and the CMS.

• Take charge of member journeys from the onboarding phase through to re-engagement.

• Transform product and offer launches into engaging communications for members.

• Execute high-volume promotional campaigns within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

• Tailor campaigns based on member preferences, demographics, and behaviors.

• Utilize Marketo or similar tools to optimize workflows and minimize manual processes.

• Assess campaign results, recognize trends, and leverage insights for optimization purposes.

• Proactively identify and enhance underperforming activities.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and various teams across different time zones to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Employ AI tools for content generation, audience analysis, and campaign enhancement.

• Construct, enhance, and expand automated and promotional campaigns that reach members on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of marketing experience with a solid understanding of best practices and industry trends.

• Extensive, hands-on expertise in email marketing.

• Experience in lifecycle, product, and promotional marketing.

• 2 to 5 years of experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation software is highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build remote relationships.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with quick turnaround times.

• Leadership qualities, initiative, and a proactive approach.

• Experience in the travel or cruise industry is a bonus.
