Senior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance automated and promotional emails utilizing Marketo and the CMS.

• Manage member journeys from initial onboarding through to re-engagement.

• Transform product and offer launches into engaging communications for members.

• Execute high-volume promotional campaigns under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Tailor campaigns based on member preferences, demographics, and behavioral insights.

• Leverage Marketo or similar tools to optimize workflows and minimize manual processes.

• Analyze results, recognize trends, and apply insights for future enhancements.

• Identify underperforming initiatives and proactively implement improvements.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and various teams across different time zones to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Utilize contemporary AI tools for content creation, audience analysis, and campaign optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing.

• Extensive, hands-on expertise in email marketing.

• Experience in lifecycle, product, and promotional marketing.

• 2 to 5 years of experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms is highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build remote relationships.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times.

• Leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and initiative are essential.

• Experience in the travel or cruise industry is an advantage.
