This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish, evaluate, and launch marketing initiatives, including emails, webinars, and events through our marketing automation platform (Customer.io).
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data within Salesforce and Customer.io; oversee lead capture, enrichment workflows, and routing utilizing Clay and Cargo.
• Manage, enhance, and troubleshoot our essential marketing technology stack, which comprises Customer.io (email automation), Salesforce (CRM), Clay and Cargo (data enrichment and activation), and Tray.io (workflow automation).
• Assist with monthly and on-demand marketing performance reporting, campaign evaluation, and dashboard oversight.
• Document and contribute to optimizing processes related to campaign operations, lead management, and attribution.
• Create, oversee, and enhance automation workflows in Tray.io that support both PLG and sales-led strategies, including lead routing, lifecycle triggers, and cross-system data synchronization.
• Collaborate with growth, sales, and revenue operations to synchronize campaign execution, pipeline quality, and program effectiveness.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience).
• Proven experience in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations.
• Advanced skills in Liquid code for dynamic email content, including the capability to create and maintain scalable, reusable email modules.
• Practical experience with Salesforce and Customer.io (or comparable marketing automation platforms); proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized; demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results independently.
• Capacity to manage projects from start to finish — encompassing scoping, execution, and delivery — with minimal oversight, in a light-agile environment with regular check-ins and feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical team members.
