This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive project management of the MOPS roadmap across all four strategic themes.
• Create and uphold a consolidated delivery plan featuring clear milestones, dependencies, and designated ownership.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-team synchronization meetings.
• Oversee the setup of Jira, task tracking, and alignment of operations among teams.
• Coordinate workstreams between Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and Data Operations.
• Collaborate with initiative leaders on transformative marketing data and technology projects (e.g., CDP, MAP, Data Infrastructure) to guarantee timely completion.
• Identify and escalate obstacles, risks, and resource limitations to leadership.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and progress reports for enhanced visibility for leadership.
• Assist in the execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and updates to the roadmap.
• Ensure that documentation of Level 2 tasks, milestones, and dependencies is thoroughly maintained.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager within a marketing, data, or technology setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs that involve marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Clay).
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.
• Capability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives and foster accountability across teams.
• 6-month contract with potential for extension opportunities.
