This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Create and oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives that facilitate lead generation, activation, and engagement.
• Develop and enhance automated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Design lifecycle workflows aimed at boosting lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention.
• Execute segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage marketing automation systems such as Marketo, HubSpot, or other MAP tools.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow with Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee and enhance lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle models.
• Establish automation processes that increase marketing efficiency and scalability.
• Create and sustain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Track campaign performance and key engagement metrics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and analytics.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing processes and campaign outcomes.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing system integrations.
• Background in developing lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in marketing performance reporting.
• Ability to manage intricate marketing programs in a dynamic environment.
