This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of campaign execution across various channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, social media, paid advertisements, webinars, and in-app initiatives.
• Facilitate the execution of both internal projects and partner-oriented campaigns.
• Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes to guarantee flawless execution, covering rendering/testing, link verification, targeting validation, tracking, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor and report time-to-launch as a key performance indicator, identifying delays and driving resolutions.
• Manage audience building and list administration for all direct mail and digital campaigns.
• Supervise segmentation logic in partnership with Hightouch and Snowflake pipelines (Martech Team).
• Confirm audience exports prior to utilization, addressing and resolving discrepancies with the MarTech and Analytics teams.
• Maintain documentation of segmentation logic and audience definitions for audit purposes.
• Create and oversee UTM parameters for all campaigns, ensuring a centralized tracking log is maintained.
• Coordinate updates and quality assurance for landing pages in collaboration with the Growth Pod Team.
• Validate tracking before campaign launches, promptly identifying and addressing any gaps or anomalies.
• Act as the main Marketing Operations liaison to the Analytics team (Marketing Solutions Architect, Digital Analyst) — while not owning the analytics infrastructure, ensure Marketing's reporting requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Convert campaign reporting needs into well-articulated requests for Analytics partners; collaborate on dashboards, campaign-level insights, and the shared marketing performance scorecard.
• Manage post-campaign performance reporting across all channels, synthesizing data from Braze, Salesforce, and Lightdash into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and flag delivery issues or anomalies in real time, escalating to the Analytics team for deeper investigation if necessary.
• Ensure campaign data is clean and accessible to facilitate ROI tracking and executive reporting.
• Identify discrepancies between platforms (Braze, Salesforce, Lightdash, Finance) and work with Analytics and MarTech for resolution rather than addressing them in isolation.
• Handle daily interactions with marketing vendors.
• Escalate vendor-related issues to the Senior Manager as needed.
• Document vendor standard operating procedures and maintain precise records for billing and auditing purposes.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• 3–5 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, or a closely related field.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred) and email/direct mail workflows.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation tools and data pipelines (Hightouch, Snowflake, or similar).
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in dashboards and reporting tools (Lightdash, Salesforce).
• Experience collaborating with a dedicated analytics or data team — capable of clearly scoping requests, collaborating effectively, and avoiding infrastructure duplication.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality — adept at catching errors before they escalate into issues.
• Comfortable managing vendor relationships and enforcing service level agreements with external partners.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• This remote position is based in the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
• A competitive compensation package comparable to leading technology firms.
• The opportunity to work with a remote and accomplished global team.
• Potential for equity participation.
• Unlimited vacation days with manager approval.
• 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for delivering parents and 8 weeks of fully paid parental leave for non-delivering parents.
• Comprehensive employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for you, with 80% coverage for your family; options for Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.
• 401k retirement savings plan.
