This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the daily operation of our marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, and others) ensuring they are properly configured and functioning effectively together.
• Ensure smooth data flow between our marketing tools and CRM, validating that leads, contacts, and campaign data are accurate and readily available for use.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between systems. Collaborate with Revenue Operations and IT, sharing your insights on the root causes and initial troubleshooting steps.
• Manage lead lifecycle processes, including duplicate cleanups, field rules, and funnel stages.
• Coordinate with our tool vendors, evaluate new tools, assist with renewals and contracts, and modify our toolkit as our needs evolve.
• Document the functioning of our systems and operational procedures. Serve as the primary contact for marketing systems inquiries, taking ownership of your responsibilities, establishing timelines, and providing updates proactively.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to minimize manual tasks in lead routing, data cleansing, and campaign management. Identify repetitive work and recommend automation solutions.
• Maintain organized campaign tagging and UTM parameters to enable accurate measurement of marketing's impact on revenue.
• Create user-friendly reports and dashboards that allow for independent use. Recognize trends and articulate their business significance, beyond just reporting the numbers.
• Proven experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related position; B2B SaaS experience is advantageous.
• Practical experience managing a marketing platform (preferably Marketo) and a CRM (preferably Salesforce), with a solid understanding of their integration and data architecture.
• Familiarity with managing or testing various marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Gong, 6Sense, etc.).
• Understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes from initial outreach to deal closure, with knowledge of concepts like pipeline, ARR, ACV, and churn.
• Strong data skills, capable of creating clean models and reports independently.
• Daily use of AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) to enhance productivity.
• Sense of ownership over your work, including task tracking, meeting deadlines, early identification of issues, and proposing solutions when problems arise.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in at least one data analysis tool beyond Excel (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Reports, or basic SQL) with a quick learning ability for new tools.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, APIs (Marketo API is a plus), or reverse ETL tools.
• Possession of Marketo Certification.
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
