This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, develop, and sustain scalable data flows and integrations across marketing systems to guarantee reliable, consistent, and accessible data.
• Design and document integration architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, synchronization behavior, and system dependencies.
• Monitor and resolve integration failures, synchronization challenges, and operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with RevOps and IT to implement and enhance cross-functional integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Assist in the onboarding and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Help establish scalable standards for system configuration, integration design, change management, and operational support.
• Support data governance, compliance, audit, and security initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, minimize manual operational tasks, and boost process scalability through automation.
• Collaborate with Marketing Data & Analytics, RevOps, and business stakeholders to foster trusted reporting, attribution, and funnel visibility.
• Support scalable reporting datasets, operational dashboards, and data accessibility across systems.
• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or similar operational roles.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management, and marketing data architecture.
• Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, workflow automation tools, or cross-system data flows.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience partnering across functions with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics, and other technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting processes and priorities.
• Strong skills in documentation, organization, and operational process management.
• Experience supporting data governance, compliance, or audit-related initiatives is a plus.
