This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
• Oversee the design, execution, and enhancement of marketing workflows, including lead scoring models, automations, and nurturing programs within HubSpot.
• Manage platform integrations connecting HubSpot with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media, and other marketing applications.
• Work in conjunction with the Reporting, Insights & Analysis Manager to ensure that structures, systems, and tagging facilitate accurate reporting and attribution.
• Assist the Reporting & Insights Manager in ensuring data accessibility, integrity, and technical readiness.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Digital) and their team to guarantee smooth automation and triggered communications across email, web, social media, and advertising.
• Uphold high standards of data hygiene, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Establish and document best practices and operational procedures for the use of marketing systems.
• Assess and incorporate new HubSpot functionalities and third-party integrations to enhance marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide training, onboarding, and platform support across the marketing and communications team.
• Supervise and support the Email Marketing Manager in fulfilling their responsibilities, mentoring and developing their skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Extensive marketing experience and advanced proficiency in HubSpot.
• Demonstrated success in creating scalable marketing automation and lead management systems.
• Strong comprehension of marketing data structures, lead lifecycles, segmentation, and attribution.
• Technical skill set in APIs, tagging strategies, and automation workflows.
• Excellent collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in documentation and project management.
• Experience in managing intricate lead flows and attribution modeling.
