Senior Marketing Operations Manager – BizTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide insights on marketing performance by channel and campaign, supported by actionable recommendations derived from the reliable reporting you have established.

• Lead the advancement of our lead generation processes and the associated marketing technology stack (Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, etc.).

• Collaborate across GTM teams to streamline opportunity prioritization, pursuit, and handoffs while collecting feedback for continuous testing and learning.

• Oversee and enhance HubSpot's integration with Salesforce to identify, score, track, and attribute leads across various campaigns.

• Establish and maintain data governance, segmentation, and database integrity across marketing systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Ops, Marketing Operations BizTech, supporting multi-segment, multi-product SaaS GTM motions (SMB + Enterprise, or PLG + Sales-led).

• Proven track record of transforming work processes by synthesizing complex operational data and reports into compelling strategic narratives for senior leadership.

• Strong analytical, system design, and documentation abilities; capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

• Practical experience with administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Apollo.

• Demonstrated success in designing automated workflows, operational processes, and scalable integrations across systems.

• Proficiency in AI-driven tools or agentic workflows to automate GTM tasks and enhance firmographic and demographic data.

• Direct communicator with the operational rigor to document your developments and guide others through changes.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth setting; you assess the problem before taking action.
