This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Enhance the entire lead-to-revenue process, fostering ongoing improvements in conversion rates across marketing acquisition and sales funnels.
• Establish and track key performance indicators within the demand generation framework, creating dashboards and providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Take ownership of the operational backbone of Demand Generation. Identify the appropriate tools and their applications to boost Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) volume for the Sales team.
• Foster effective alignment between Marketing and Sales by converting frontline sales insights into actionable strategies that drive pipeline growth and conversion.
• Engage in the operationalization of strategic initiatives that support the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team, sometimes acting as a project leader and other times as a key contributor.
• Create and implement a customer segmentation strategy utilizing behavioral, firmographic, and intent data to fuel impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, and/or sales operations.
• In-depth knowledge of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, with demonstrated experience in tracking and connecting data touchpoints across web traffic, buyer intent signals, lead capture, and Salesforce pipeline.
• At least one certification in Salesforce, Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), or Marketo.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce functions, capabilities, flows, data structures, and data schema.
• Strong expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL) for querying complex databases, data manipulation, and advanced pipeline analysis.
• Capability to build Tableau dashboards, using logical functions and parameters to convert complex data sets into clear, actionable executive visualizations.
• A natural curiosity and analytical mindset to delve into business data, identifying friction points and opportunities for optimization across various domains.
