This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Take charge of marketing operations from start to finish by overseeing our HubSpot instance.
• Enhance conversion rates across various marketing channels.
• Assist in launching new products by providing messaging frameworks and sales support materials.
• Develop and implement marketing programs targeted at our existing customer base.
• Act as the operational backbone for the team by managing the marketing calendar and tracking projects.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations.
• Proficiency in HubSpot is essential.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) is required.
• Strong instincts in product marketing.
• An operational mindset coupled with strong technical skills.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Analytical proficiency with data and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the Shopify or DTC e-commerce landscape.
