
Senior Marketing Operations Lead – Lifecycle & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create and oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives that facilitate lead generation, activation, and engagement.
• Design and enhance automated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Formulate lifecycle workflows that boost lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention rates.
• Administer marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or other MAP tools.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow with Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and sustain marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
• Track campaign performance and key engagement indicators.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and operational programs for enterprise clients.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration of marketing systems.
• Proven track record in developing lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in marketing performance reporting.
• Capability to manage intricate marketing programs in a dynamic environment.
