
Senior Marketing Manager – IVF Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement marketing strategies for IVF capital equipment platforms, which include incubators, electronic witnessing systems, and automation solutions.
• Perform market analysis that encompasses segment size, growth trends, adoption curves, and the competitive landscape.
• Convert technical capabilities into unique value propositions.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with revenue and market share objectives.
• Produce brochures, technical guides, white papers, case studies, digital assets, training materials, demo scripts, and competitive positioning tools.
• Oversee website content, SEO, SEM, and lead generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams on training, tools, competitive frameworks, launch kits, and commercial playbooks.
• Assist with ASRM, trade shows, workshops, and symposia, which includes booth strategy and engagement with key opinion leaders.
• Enhance field marketing and distributor enablement programs.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and advisory boards involving embryologists, physicians, lab leaders, and biomedical engineers.
• Analyze customer data, usage, downtime, purchasing cycles, and service performance trends.
• Direct product launch strategy and execution across various channels.
• Align cross-functional teams regarding launch timelines, messaging, training, and content creation.
• Monitor launch performance and refine campaigns based on data and market feedback.
• Keep track of product performance, market share, pipeline growth, pricing trends, procurement cycles, reimbursement factors, and competitive dynamics.
• Report on lead generation, funnel progression, and the return on investment for campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in an IVF environment.
• 5 to 8 years of commercial experience in medical device capital equipment, life sciences instrumentation, or laboratory systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with embryology key opinion leaders or clinical education teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.
• Capability to convert scientific or technical concepts into persuasive commercial messaging.
• Successful completion of a background check.
