
Senior Marketing Manager – IVF Consumables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies for IVF consumables.
• Oversee positioning, segmentation, development of value propositions, and management of product lifecycles.
• Assist in establishing pricing strategies and enhancing margin performance.
• Identify market opportunities by leveraging customer insights and analyzing clinical trends.
• Create campaigns, sales initiatives, content, and resources to boost awareness, conversion, and product usage.
• Contribute to educational programs aimed at embryologists and clinicians.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy and execution for new consumable products.
• Develop sales resources, training materials, and launch content.
• Track post-launch performance and optimize adoption and positioning.
• Engage with lab directors and embryologists to collect insights and validate market needs.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable recommendations and inform product priorities in collaboration with Research and Development.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and Quality teams to ensure marketing compliance.
• Work with supply chain and operations on forecasting, inventory management, and product availability.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams on content strategies, campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of marketing experience in the fields of medical devices, biotechnology, or diagnostics.
• Experience in IVF or assisted reproductive technologies is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing technical product portfolios and launching new products successfully.
• Strong grasp of IVF laboratory workflows and applications of consumable products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with embryology key opinion leaders or clinical education teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.
• Ability to articulate scientific concepts into clear and engaging commercial messaging.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
