Senior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive multi-channel marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, targeted email nurturing, direct messaging, and digital campaigns.

• Oversee the setup of campaigns, audience segmentation, copywriting, tracking, and analytics following the campaigns.

• Transform ROI statistics, case studies, white papers, and clinical impact reports into effective marketing materials, campaign copy, landing pages, and one-pagers.

• Curate thought-leadership content and customer success narratives to enhance brand authority and stimulate inbound interest.

• Assist commercial leadership with sales presentations, product launch materials, and collateral aimed at prospects.

• Organize submission applications, presentations, and promotional materials for significant industry events and speaking opportunities.

• Develop and track lead-generation metrics, monitoring conversion from impressions to pipeline contributions.

• Experiment with and refine messaging, channels, and campaign strategies to optimize ROI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B healthcare marketing directed at large US healthcare organizations.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently as a senior individual contributor while executing marketing tasks directly.

• Proficient in writing copy, constructing campaigns, and managing lead flow.

• Ability to comprehend complex, data-intensive content and convert it into clear, engaging, sales-oriented campaigns.

• Deep understanding of the US healthcare buyer journey, enterprise sales cycles, and industry dynamics.

• Capacity to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
