This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and implement the communication, engagement, and conversion strategy for the Hub.
• Manage the entire growth lifecycle on the Hub surface, from analyzing user behavior to creating notifications and in-product messaging.
• Convert product features into clear messaging for customers.
• Create and refine cross-brand notifications and onboarding prompts.
• Design and carry out multi-channel user communication initiatives.
• Establish hypotheses and conduct A/B tests, evaluate outcomes, and scale successful strategies.
• Implement tracking mechanisms and continuously enhance metrics for engagement and adoption.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven tools to facilitate experimentation and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams for insights and recommendations.
• Produce high-quality copy for notifications, in-product communications, and lifecycle messages.
• Over 5 years of experience in growth, product, lifecycle, or digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SaaS, platforms, or applications, preferably serving SMB/Prosumer clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage growth outcomes comprehensively, including defining KPIs and generating measurable results.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing growth initiatives, including experimentation and A/B testing.
• Proficient in working with event schemas, funnels, cohorts, and behavioral signals.
• Strong command of analytics, tracking, and contemporary growth tools, including lifecycle automation, segmentation, personalization, and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Exceptional copywriting, positioning, and storytelling abilities for SaaS offerings.
