This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Collaborate with Marketing and advertising network representatives to enhance conversion signals, evaluate product and ad platform modifications, and explore performance declines related to signals.
• Create and sustain server-to-server conversion pipelines for ad networks with assistance from the Data Engineering team.
• Establish and initiate integrations with new advertising platforms, encompassing conversion signal transmission and reporting data streams.
• Oversee Google Tag Manager deployments across various web properties, implementing pixels and conversion events.
• Monitor diagnostics for Meta EMQ, pixels and CAPI, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads.
• Develop monitoring and alert systems for errors, latency, coverage, and inconsistencies.
• Manage UTM parameters and campaign naming standards to ensure accurate attribution.
• Create ad-hoc and monitoring reports detailing conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics.
• Define metrics for Signal Engineering.
• Construct and maintain customized marketing datasets.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and representatives from ad platforms.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, ad technology, or tracking.
• Proficient in advanced SQL, including window functions, CTEs, performance-focused querying, and data quality assessments.
• Experience with large data warehouses.
• Practical experience using Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar; Tableau is the primary business intelligence tool.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with performance marketing or user acquisition stakeholders and conveying insights to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of both browser-side and server-side tracking methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of at least one advertising platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies, and conversion setup.
• Strong grasp of marketing metrics.
• Awareness of GDPR-compliant tracking methods.
• Proficiency in effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have: familiarity with mobile attribution and tracking, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Nice to have: experience with a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
• Nice to have: experience with incrementality and holdout testing.
• Nice to have: experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) or Google Data Manager API.
• Nice to have: experience with Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling and calculations, preferably for subscription-based products.
