This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email, paid media, social media, print, and radio.
• Create and uphold a well-structured campaign calendar across 12 distinct brands.
• Plan and implement campaigns 6–8 weeks ahead of launch, ensuring all preparations are complete prior to the go-live date.
• Coordinate 8–10 emails per brand in advance, alongside:
• 6–10 radio advertisements.
• 3–5 social media posts weekly for each brand.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to establish campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, timelines, and channel distribution.
• Develop and enhance campaign messaging, positioning, and storytelling techniques.
• Produce high-quality email content, advertising scripts, and promotional materials.
• Prepare messaging and campaign assets for internal approval before launch.
• Continuously improve messaging based on performance analytics and audience feedback.
• Build and deploy campaigns using CRM and marketing software, including:
• ServiceTitan.
• Salesforce.
• HubSpot.
• Structure emails, adjust templates, and ensure accurate formatting and audience segmentation.
• Insert graphics, text, and assets into CRM systems to develop high-performing campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are optimized to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
• Work closely with designers to create visually appealing campaign materials utilizing tools like Canva and internal templates.
• Provide clear creative direction while ensuring alignment between messaging and design.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including:
• Email delivery and engagement statistics.
• Click-through and conversion rates.
• Channel performance across paid media, social platforms, and radio.
• Continuously test, iterate, and adjust messaging and campaigns based on insights.
• Ensure campaigns evolve to achieve stronger performance and scalability over time.
• Act as the primary coordinator for all campaign-related activities.
• Maintain strict timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Manage communications through Slack and email, with regular weekly check-ins and updates.
• Bring organization, clarity, and accountability to campaign execution across teams.
• 5–7+ years of experience in:
• Marketing campaign management.
• Lifecycle or communications marketing.
• A proven history of managing multi-channel campaigns on a large scale.
• Strong expertise in:
• Email marketing strategy and execution.
• Paid advertising (both digital and print).
• Social media campaign management.
• Coordination of radio advertising and media deals.
• Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan).
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong skills in copywriting and messaging development.
