This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the comprehensive execution of company-wide email marketing initiatives.
• Create and send marketing emails utilizing approved templates and finalized content.
• Oversee email scheduling, deployment, testing, quality assurance, and delivery processes.
• Formulate and uphold audience segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and engagement.
• Design and sustain scalable list structures that facilitate ongoing segmentation and personalization efforts.
• Manage the firm's marketing email calendar and coordinate deployment timelines across various campaigns.
• Monitor email volume and audience exposure to reduce constituent fatigue and optimize engagement.
• Suggest campaign send dates, times, audience segments, and deployment strategies based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
• Examine campaign outcomes and deliver performance insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities to Strategic Marketing Managers.
• Develop recurring executive-level reports and recommendations for the Vice President of Marketing concerning overall email performance and trends.
• Design, create, and enhance automated marketing workflows and nurture programs within HubSpot.
• Assist in campaign execution through email automation, workflow development, audience segmentation, and lead routing.
• Construct and maintain landing pages, forms, automated follow-up sequences, and campaign assets within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with web, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead capture and engagement experiences.
• Continuously seek out automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and campaign effectiveness.
• Act as the primary HubSpot administrator and internal platform authority.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance throughout the firm.
• Manage user permissions, access requests, and system governance in collaboration with Information Technology.
• Oversee HubSpot forms, workflows, automation rules, notifications, and data processes.
• Manage and troubleshoot HubSpot-Salesforce integrations while supporting future platform enhancements.
• Assess and recommend new HubSpot functionalities, tools, and process improvements to boost platform utilization and business value.
• Ensure platform health, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Manage audience lists, imports, exports, segmentation, and database organization.
• Support sales and SDR teams through list creation, campaign assistance, and CRM process enhancements.
• Aid in lead routing, lead handoff processes, and sales enablement workflows.
• Monitor and enhance CRM data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Strategic Marketing Managers, Sales Directors, and Marketing Leadership.
• Track and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced opportunities.
• Provide campaign-level reporting and performance analysis across email, automation, and lead generation programs.
• Serve as the primary HubSpot data authority supporting executive reporting initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and reporting to aid business and marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine attribution and campaign measurement frameworks.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, process guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
• Practical experience in HubSpot administration.
• Experience in building, deploying, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with developing automation workflows and nurture programs.
• Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports.
• Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and audience segmentation.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with sales sequencing and automation tools such as HubSpot sequencing or Outreach.io is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integration is preferred.
• Background in supporting business development, SDR, or sales organizations is preferred.
• Experience in a professional services or B2B environment is preferred.
