This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and workflows from start to finish.

• Organize, segment, and maintain CRM data to ensure precise lead tracking, tagging, and reporting.

• Create and initiate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, copywriting, automation sequencing, and post-send performance analysis.

• Document workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure systems are reproducible and transferable within the team.

• Monitor automation performance metrics (open rates, pipeline movement, funnel drop-off) and proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Keep project tracking organized through Monday.com, adhering to weekly agendas and providing structured updates without needing follow-up.

• Enhance LinkedIn presence by scheduling posts and engaging lightly to expand reach among architects, designers, contractors, and hospitality professionals.

• Aid in creating sales materials (brochures, DFY sales guides, avatar-specific scripts) using Canva, ensuring brand consistency.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite content and copy production as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/automation platform, including workflow development and troubleshooting (essential).

• Experience working with B2B or technical trade sectors (construction, hardware, contracting, distribution, or similar) (essential).

• Proven expertise in CRM cleanup, data hygiene, and segmentation (essential).

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns (essential).

• Ability to create clear process and workflow documentation (essential).

• Proficient in using AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance operational and content tasks.

• Comfortable working independently with weekly deliverable agendas while maintaining proactive communication.

• Experience with LinkedIn content or B2B sales enablement materials (preferred).

• Background in the luxury goods, interior design, or hospitality sectors (preferred).
