This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the administration, integration, and reporting layer within our marketing technology ecosystem.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, attribution models, and reports on campaign performance.
• Oversee the systems and manage the lead lifecycle from initial capture to sales handoff.
• Work alongside GTM teams to implement scoring models and segmentation strategies.
• Recognize operational inefficiencies and create scalable processes.
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks and enhance campaign speed.
• 4–6+ years of direct experience in marketing operations, showcasing expertise in HubSpot.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous).
• Knowledge of product analytics tools (experience with Amplitude is a plus).
• Proven success in establishing integrations between marketing and sales platforms.
• Comprehension of data flow within a tech stack and the ability to develop monitoring practices.
• Confidence in the reports and dashboards created, with the capability to articulate trends.
• Experience with AI tools and agents to enhance marketing workflows.
• Understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, especially in enterprise/managed service and product-led self-service channels.
