This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the systems, tracking, and processes that enhance marketing performance.

• Oversee marketing technology and tracking across digital, telephony, and CRM platforms.

• Ensure data integrity to facilitate analytics and provide clear visibility into performance.

• Execute the complete marketing technology stack from start to finish.

• Maintain, enhance, and scale data architecture that supports campaign tracking.

• Guarantee system integration across digital, telephony, CRM, and reporting platforms.

• Take ownership of the marketing tracking framework and assess campaign performance.

• Create reporting dashboards that offer insights into campaign performance.

• Lead the governance and lifecycle management of marketing assets.

• Standardize marketing workflows, processes, and execution frameworks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or analytics-oriented roles.

• Extensive experience with marketing attribution, campaign tracking, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

• Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms and campaign execution workflows (e.g., HubSpot).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Proficient with Microsoft tools and ecosystem (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Dynamics, Teams).

• Experience with call tracking platforms, IVR systems, and telephony infrastructure.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, IT, and Finance.
