This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the execution and enhancement of marketing initiatives, such as webinars, nurture programs, email campaigns, content syndication, customer advocacy initiatives, and various demand generation programs.
• Set program objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations.
• Track program performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.
• Scale successful programs across different segments, industries, and target demographics.
• Document insights and establish best practices to enhance repeatability and efficiency throughout the growth organization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to facilitate product launches and strategic marketing efforts.
• Create launch plans and activation programs involving marketing and SDR teams.
• Coordinate execution across various channels and functional teams.
• Ensure that launch objectives and milestones are met.
• Act as the central coordinator among Marketing, SDRs, Sales, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Manage campaign planning processes, dependencies, and execution alignment.
• Develop campaign briefs, success metrics, and post-campaign review processes.
• Ensure alignment among teams regarding goals, KPIs, audience targeting, and anticipated results.
• Monitor campaign and program performance across different channels and stages of the funnel.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses and suggest optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to enhance reporting, attribution, and campaign measurement.
• Transform performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive business results.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite campaign planning, content creation, reporting, project management, and execution workflows.
• Enhance team productivity and campaign effectiveness through AI-driven processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize operations and scale program execution.
• Over 6 years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, program management, or marketing operations.
• Proven experience in executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing Operations, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Analytical mindset with a background in measuring campaign and program performance.
