This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership of and oversee the global marketing campaign calendar and its prioritization, which includes hosting monthly campaign meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and adapting to evolving needs as necessary.
• Develop and create digital marketing assets in HubSpot that support service-specific campaigns, conferences and events, integrated corporate campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure that the entire team adheres to all marketing processes, workflows, and governance standards.
• Evaluate all public-facing content for accuracy, quality, and compliance with KBI's brand guidelines and best practices.
• Direct the marketing intake process, prioritization, and resource allocation across various teams.
• Manage third-party vendors, statements of work (SOWs), contracts, ROI performance, and maintain vendor scorecards to aid in diligence reviews.
• Reconcile the marketing budget and ensure it aligns with the approved spending plans.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee and optimize marketing platforms, tools, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Promote team enablement, training, and ongoing operational improvements.
• Produce monthly insights and KPI reports in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred (Marketing, Biotech, Biopharma, Medical devices, or similar).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within the life sciences or biotech sectors; alternatively, 4+ years of diverse marketing experience across various specialties.
• Proven track record of leading marketing operations in complex, cross-functional settings.
• Demonstrated success in managing Smartsheet budgets, contracting external vendors, and launching global marketing initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with hands-on expertise in operational execution.
• Advanced project management, organizational, and process optimization capabilities.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, SAP, and G-Suite analytics tools, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
