Senior Marketing Automation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to ensure a steady flow of inbound leads.

• Leverage Marketo or similar marketing automation platform features to enhance the top of the sales funnel.

• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with marketing automation systems.

• Evaluate program requirements and identify areas for optimization.

• Track progress on email marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Collaborate with both marketing and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Handle extensive datasets while ensuring data integrity and quality.

• Monitor key performance indicators and dashboards, notifying leadership when intervention is necessary.

• Supervise lead quality, lead scoring, and lead routing processes within Marketo.

• Analyze ad hoc analytics requests and determine the best approach and team involvement.

• Guide marketing operations on data prerequisites for the analysis required.

• Present data insights to stakeholders, emphasizing their implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.

• 2–3 years of experience using Salesforce.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship.

• Strong program and project management capabilities.

• Practical experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

• Ability to create presentations for executive-level reviews.

• Comprehensive understanding of lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle management processes.

• Experience in managing large datasets.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about marketing automation.

• Collaborative team player.

• Familiarity with lead nurturing and lead scoring is a plus.
