Senior Marketing Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a cross-channel scorecard linked to Salesforce pipeline and revenue.

• Ensure that every lead and opportunity is attributed to the respective channel that generated it.

• Oversee GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn conversion tracking.

• Evaluate both paid and organic search efforts, including SEO and AI search visibility.

• Report on funnel conversion rates from initial visit to closed-won status by channel, region, and industry.

• Validate multi-touch attribution in Dreamdata against actual business outcomes.

• Design and analyze tests related to advertisements, offers, landing pages, and target audiences.

• Model the impact of budgetary decisions on the pipeline and suggest investment allocations.

• Conduct regular performance reviews with marketing and sales leaders across North America, EMEA, and the Nordics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing or revenue analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, including campaign and lead source data.

• Comprehensive knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking across ad platforms.

• Experience with HubSpot and a multi-touch attribution tool like Dreamdata.

• Strong skills in SQL and Power BI; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

• Basic understanding of SEO tools such as Semrush.

• Solid skills in experiment design and statistics.

• Diligent in verifying data before dissemination.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings.
