Senior Data Analyst, Network Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the forecasting model for network capacity in relation to patient demand across all 50 state markets and various clinical care programs.

• Advise on the strategic timing and locations for the company's investments in clinician supply.

• Collaborate with Network Operations and Clinical Talent to gather measurements and insights regarding clinician recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

• Create frameworks that assess clinical quality, therapeutic relationships, and patient panel balance at both clinician and market levels.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering to design and execute experiments related to patient scheduling experiences and clinician-facing product features.

• Act as the primary analytics partner for the Network POD.

• Clarify the factors influencing changes in performance metrics and link them to OKRs, clinical outcomes, and financial results.

• Deliver insights and results from experiments to leadership teams.

• Enhance AI-driven analytics infrastructure to ensure metric reliability and facilitate in-depth analysis.

• Create and document data models for KPI reporting and agentic analytics.

• Address ambiguous challenges with systematic, scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in analytics.

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling within a cloud data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery/GCP).

• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Hands-on experience in developing and scaling a dbt project, which includes testing, documentation, and defining governed metrics.

• Strong skills in forecasting and econometric modeling.

• Ideally, familiarity with operations research methodologies such as capacity planning, supply-demand optimization, and resource allocation.

• Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental studies.

• Competence in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

• Familiarity with AI tools and MCPs.

• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear business recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Preferred: experience within the healthcare industry.

• Preferred: background in interdisciplinary or cross-functional fields.
