This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of a portfolio consisting of high-value and VIP clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their business objectives and converting them into sophisticated marketing strategies with clear, measurable results.
• Collaborate on strategy, planning, and performance discussions for key accounts, serving as a strategic partner to both clients and the Account Director.
• Actively monitor performance against established benchmarks, modify strategies as needed, and pinpoint growth opportunities to ensure VIP clients meet and exceed their marketing goals consistently.
• Act as a senior advisor and mentor to junior and mid-level Account Managers, sharing best practices and promoting their professional growth.
• Support the Account Director in onboarding new Account Managers, expediting their productivity and integration into the team.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews, particularly in the absence of the Account Director, to ensure smooth communication and continuity.
• Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, Google Ads, email, content, and landing pages, showcasing expertise and innovation.
• Utilize a top-tier AI toolset daily (e.g., ChatGPT Teams, Claude, Canva Teams, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Surfer SEO, CapCut) to generate high-quality campaign materials, ad copy, creative concepts, and strategic briefs with unmatched efficiency.
• Continuously provide strategic insights and proactive suggestions to clients, going beyond mere status reports to effectuate meaningful business impact.
• Navigate challenging discussions and complex client issues with confidence, transparency, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, with a strong preference for backgrounds in agency or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding high-value/VIP client portfolios.
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience, capable of guiding and developing team members effectively.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, especially for intricate client challenges.
• Expertise in independently creating and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a thorough understanding of business ROI drivers.
• Significant hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting, reflecting not only curiosity but also advanced application and ongoing learning.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, email marketing, and automation platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), able to produce clear, polished, and persuasive client-ready communications, reports, and presentations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of strategically managing multiple high-impact client relationships and projects concurrently.
• Experience in roles that focus on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development.
