📋 Description

• Assist in the training and development initiatives for the sales team.

• Play a role in the implementation of new technologies and the strategic positioning of new products.

• Collaborate closely with the market to uncover growth opportunities.

• Transform market intelligence into actionable strategies that promote sustainable business growth.

• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, researchers, agricultural advisors, and various agricultural stakeholders.

• Support BASF’s operations within Brazil’s key agribusiness region.

• Work with soybean, corn, and cotton crops in the Crop Protection and Seeds sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering.

• Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton crops.

• Background in the Crop Protection and Seeds sectors.

• Required experience in agribusiness, specifically in sales, customer technical support, marketing, or product and market research and development.

• Proven ability to establish relationships with key influencers in the agricultural industry, including researchers, consultants, and agricultural advisors.

• Understanding of the strategic positioning of products within the agricultural market.

• Readiness to travel frequently within the designated region.

• Familiarity with the Luís Eduardo Magalhães, Bahia region, its primary players, and market dynamics is considered advantageous.
