Senior Market Analyst – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, communicate, and reconcile commercial campaigns endorsed by insurers.

• Develop tracking and management dashboards for campaigns in conjunction with the Data Team.

• Demonstrate proficiency with insurers’ portals to assist our Business Units and brokerage partners.

• Keep abreast of market trends, retaining comprehensive knowledge of available products.

• Foster ongoing relationships with insurers.

• Conduct analyses of market trends.

• Track, oversee, and validate amounts received from contracts with insurers.

• Analyze and modify product parameterization in Broker One.

• Collaborate closely with the technology team to enhance processes and support system adjustments, development, and improvements.

• Finalize area KPIs/indicators to aid in decision-making.

• Execute other related tasks of similar complexity as directed by immediate leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in advanced spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets and Microsoft Office/Excel).

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• Familiarity with Power BI.

• Essential soft skills: analytical and detail-oriented, strong numerical aptitude, highly organized and planning-focused; curious, eager to learn, and driven to create a positive impact.
