Senior Managing Counsel, Information Management

📋 Description

• Offering legal counsel and overseeing operational aspects of litigation discovery.

• Acting as a strategic collaborator with both in-house and external legal counsel regarding discovery matters.

• Evaluating and addressing information requests from third parties, including subpoenas.

• Assisting in the management of enterprise-wide records governance.

• Proactively providing guidance to legal and business unit clients on new and emerging legal challenges.

• Leading and managing cross-functional project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D) from a recognized law school.

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S jurisdiction.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Self-motivated individual with strong legal insight and business understanding.

• Capability to advise on risks associated with emerging technologies and defensible records management.

• Proficiency in the end-to-end EDRM (electronic discovery reference model) lifecycle.

• Practical experience with eDiscovery and legal hold platforms such as Relativity One, Exterro, and Microsoft Purview.

• Leadership experience in complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
