This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, crafting narratives that clarify the execution strategy and timeline for the transformation program.
• Strategically shape large, complex, and transformational engagements.
• Ensure that business value is articulated and achieved by translating executive-level customer goals into clear, actionable implementation plans.
• Conduct and implement strategic Phase 0 engagements for critical opportunities and complex or at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Account Partners to develop the financial strategy and implementation roadmap for the deal.
• Create scalable and reusable assets for pre-sales tools, methodologies, and customer success stories.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction by ensuring solutions are positioned for successful delivery.
• Define customer objectives, mitigate delivery risks, and employ a disciplined Go/No-Go process.
• Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance velocity and quality.
• Over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise-level consulting services.
• More than 7 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
• At least 7 years of extensive enterprise-level project or program experience (SaaS preferred).
• Proven experience in leading the complete discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW-creation process for multi-cloud, transformational programs.
• Active participation in supporting the sale of professional services, including leading proposal development and presenting to C-level executives.
• Strong technical and/or functional proficiency in the Salesforce platform and its solutions.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce Service Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to influence group audiences, facilitate complex solutioning workshops, and lead executive-level discussions on roadmap and scope.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• A delivery-focused mindset with a profound understanding of cloud-based technologies.
• Proficiency in deal architecture and pricing strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams and individuals.
