This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the formulation of launch strategies, commercial planning, and business planning specifically for Germany.
• Establish objectives, strategies, tactics, and market analyses to fully leverage the potential of a new rare disease product aimed at Rett syndrome.
• Manage marketing and launch initiatives, including branding, marketing, public relations, and digital strategies; investment alignment; forecasting; demand planning; and execution of the launch.
• Monitor launch performance and aid in initiatives focused on commercial excellence and field force effectiveness.
• Facilitate alignment across various functions, including medical, marketing, PR, digital, market access, and reimbursement activities.
• Evaluate market research and competitive benchmarks.
• Assist in the creation of commercial materials for Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Support customer-facing execution, CRM and territory management systems, return on investment evaluations, budget allocations, sales targets, and incentive structures.
• Collaborate closely with the EU Commercial team and the General Manager of Germany to ensure strong alignment on commercial priorities at both regional and country levels.
• A Master’s degree in science, healthcare, business, or a related field is essential.
• A proven commercial record in the pharmaceutical sector is required.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a specialty area, such as neuroscience.
• Experience within a rare disease care setting presents a significant advantage.
• Extensive commercial experience spanning marketing, PR, digital, sales, and business intelligence.
• A growth-oriented mindset, collaborative work style, and strong team focus.
• A successful history of leading product launches.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken, across international teams.
• A sense of urgency, ownership, exceptional organizational discipline, a proactive mindset, and practical problem-solving skills.
