This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Senior Wealth Enablement Manager facilitates seamless service delivery within Wealth Management (WM) by collaborating with advisors and client service personnel to bridge skill gaps, promote process enhancements, and drive adoption.
• Design, develop, and sustain a strategic learning curriculum for WM advisors and client service staff, encompassing training materials, online resources, use-case playbooks, and AI prompt guides.
• Simplify intricate platform upgrades, new product launches, and technology adjustments into clear, role-specific learning experiences that encourage adoption.
• Create and manage an AI content library featuring generative AI tools, workflow automation, and practical advisor applications (client communication, CRM summarization, meeting preparation).
• Oversee all WM-focused training communications, MercerNet content, and webinar initiatives; monitor adoption and proficiency metrics and refine the curriculum based on outcome data.
• Design and implement onboarding and continuous education for new Advisor and client service hires, acquisition personnel, and employees new to the firm, utilizing various formats (live, virtual, self-paced modules) tailored to each audience.
• Create and deliver training on AI literacy and tool adoption, including guidelines for responsible use, compliance parameters, and role-specific use-case frameworks.
• Establish checkpoints and success metrics to validate program effectiveness; report insights and recommendations to Enablement leadership and WM stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert and unofficial "product owner" for designated content areas, remaining informed and sharing knowledge proactively.
• Represent the voice of WM Teams by identifying friction, gaps, and opportunities, while presenting structured recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Compliance to assess, pilot, and oversee technology solutions; ensure outputs are practical, compliant, and ready for field deployment prior to rollouts.
• Lead initiatives for business process improvement, including identifying WM workflows suitable for AI enhancement and collaborating on scaled, phased deployment.
• Advocate for AI thought leadership throughout Wealth Management, educating teams on new capabilities and identifying practical opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate business operations.
• Work alongside M&A leadership to design and implement training for acquired teams, either remotely or in person, ensuring alignment with Mercer Advisors’ platforms, standards, and culture.
• Leverage Mercer Advisors' AI capabilities to facilitate a smooth integration journey for acquired firms, minimizing friction and enabling teams to acclimate quickly and contribute sooner.
• Define and monitor training and adoption benchmarks across Mercer Advisors' systems and ecosystem, pinpoint areas that require additional support, and drive ongoing improvement throughout the integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; an MBA, financial licenses, or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in training, learning & development, and change management; experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.
• Proven AI proficiency: hands-on experience with generative AI platforms, the ability to convert AI functionalities into accessible, role-specific training, and familiarity with financial services applications.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering; capability to create practical AI usage guidelines and compliance parameters for non-technical users.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with an analytical, data-driven approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
