This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and oversee a data-centric User Acquisition (UA) strategy that aligns with our company's goals across the entire portfolio.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to design experiments that validate initial game concepts, assess market potential, and refine launch strategies.
• Manage campaigns across various UA traffic sources, ensuring they are innovative, measurable, and scalable.
• Work in close partnership with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to establish alignment on strategies and objectives for each stage of Soft Launch, Global Launch, and Post-Launch. Provide regular updates and reports on UA and growth initiatives.
• Proactively identify new opportunities for effective budget allocation, staying ahead of trends and technologies to expand growth possibilities and maintain a competitive advantage in the mobile gaming sector.
• Advocate for the application of AI and automation to improve campaign performance, speed up creative and optimization processes, and enhance operational efficiencies. You will pinpoint high-impact opportunities for AI integration within UA, enabling teams to work more effectively and maximize impact with reduced manual effort.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members regarding best practices for channel measurement, data usage, and optimization techniques.
• Practical experience focused on performance-driven user acquisition and growth, particularly within the mobile gaming industry.
• In-depth knowledge of paid channels, UA creative trends, and measurement frameworks, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns that result in audience and revenue growth.
• Outstanding project management abilities, with a knack for establishing clear execution goals and fostering collaboration across different functions.
• Strong creative and analytical skills, adept at executing campaign strategies, creative testing, and growth experimentation.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic settings, adapting strategies and execution plans based on data insights and market changes. Continuously assess and refine strategies, adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies for a diverse range of stakeholders.
