
Senior Manager, Total Rewards – HRIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the total rewards strategy, compliance initiatives, and HR systems management.
• Oversee the administration and ongoing enhancement of employee benefits programs.
• Direct compensation benchmarking, analysis, market pricing studies, and internal pay equity assessments.
• Act as the senior functional owner of the organization’s HRIS platform.
• Ensure adherence to relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
• Assess vendor performance, service levels, contract renewals, and cost-effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of seven to ten years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• HR Certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading employee benefit programs, including self-insured health and welfare plans.
• Experience in managing compensation administration, salary benchmarking, market analysis, and pay equity reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Advanced hands-on experience with HRIS administration, preferably using Paylocity.
• Employee benefits programs that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
• Self-insured health and welfare plans that encompass vendor coordination, claims and utilization review, compliance requirements, and cost-management analysis.
• Supervision and mentorship for HR team members.
• A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and retirement plans.
